A Great Restaurant to Try…

My wedding today was early, so Rusty & I went out to dinner this evening.  We tried the Elkridge Furnace Inn, which has been around for a hundred years, but we’ve never tried it.  It was FABULOUS!  The chef describes the food as French fusion.  I say it is just plain delish!  A little pricey (just to warn you), but very romantic and intimate, great music, terriffic service…totally worth it for a nice adult night out.  I am actually shooting a wedding there in October (Michele & Steven… October will be here before you know it!) and I can not wait to photograph there…

Katie & Dave’s Big Day

7-7-07…the day the world has been waiting for…

Katie & Dave chose today as thier special day, and it went off without a hitch.  Katie was beautiful…Dave was charming…what more could you want? Well, they were totally in love…and that was the icing on the cake.  I love couples who can’t keep thier hands off each other (or lips for that matter) and who don’t have to be asked to look longingly into each other’s eyes.  That was the case today.

Trent & Graham: Fishermen

Whodathunnkit?  My boys love fishing!  And it doesn’t have anything to do with thier parents…we aren’t exactly the campy/fishy type.  But Rusty’s mom & stepdad took the boys on their second fishing trip today, and they can’t seem to get enough!  They had so much fun on thier first trip two weeks ago, Pop went out and bought them their own rods.  So they slept over with them last night and headed to Fort Smallwood at 5:30 this morning.

Gilliard Family

After being shut down by rain last Saturday morning, I had a successful shoot at Down’s park with the Glliard family this morning…and when I say morning, I’m talking 8:30am in the morning…I mean, in the MORNING!   

I’ve known Gwen since the 6th grade, which adds up to about 25 years.  (Holy cow…I wish I hadn’t done that math!)  Gwen is one of my favorite people, and she is one of an elite group who I will be forever grateful for helping me grow my business.  I think about 25% of my clientelle has come from her, one way or another.  Not only is she beautiful inside and out, but she had managed to marry a guy as terriffic as she is and produce two of the cutest kids I’ve ever seen.  Here is the happy fam:
